I got stellar service from Bryan of the Flying Locksmiths this morning, who replaced my old door lock with an electronic key pad. He called me to let me know he was coming and showed up when he said he would. He explained everything to me before he started work and called my attention to the fact that the new lock wouldn't cover the spot where the old lock was (which I knew and was planning to repaint the door anyway.) He was quick, polite, and professional, and when he was through, he walked me through how to set the code for the keypad. Apart from all this, he was a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to have in my home. In addition, the person that I spoke to on the phone to book the appointment was very professional, polite and easy to deal with. I will have no hesitation in using the Flying Locksmiths for future work and will recommend to my neighbors. A great experience overall!

The work was done the same day we called! Yeah. Rick did the work and he was wonderful. Called when he got to the property and explained the issue and what needed to be done. Fixed it and then called again to let us know the repair had been made. He even sent pictures when he was done. We are very satisfied with everyone at the company! Highly recommend them.

I am in Bel Zaire and called on Monday about repairing a lock and latch in a sliding door at home. I was told someone could be at the house on Wednesday at 3 but not later. I left work early on Wednesday to get home by 3, called at 3.30 when no one showed, and was told that no one was coming out because the local office for my area was 70 miles away in Washington DC installing cameras. They said no one could some out until Friday. So, they clearly don’t respect people’s or keep commitments. I could have been called and stayed at work but I had to call them. Seems the size of the job means more than the commitment.
